Strength & Flexibility (All Levels)

Not quite strong or flexible enough to do the pole moves you would like? This fabulous workshop concentrates on strength and flexibility exercises specific to pole dancing. We will cover deep stretching techniques, balance training and core strength building progressively. This is not a pole dancing workshop but this will help you to polish your pole skills. This workshop is open to all students at all levels of experience. Li will give you a personal appraisal and some specific exercises for you to do at home depending on your needs. Please bring a yoga mat with you to this workshop.

Sexy Pole (All Levels)

Looking for a flirty and fun workshop where you will learn a fully choreographed pole dance? This class focuses on sexy floor work, exciting transitions and super hot pole work all combined in a super sensual routine. No pole experience is necessary to attend this workshop, so it is great not only for beginners, but for experienced pole dancers who want to work on innovative transitional movements. Open to everyone, no pole experience required.
