Just in time for Valentine's Day! Come and learn how to move sensually, in this sexy chair dance and floor work workshop. You will explore techniques to help you let go of your stress, daily worries and start to tap into your sensual side. You will learn a step-by-step exotic dance routine filled with sexy walks, sensual hip moves, sultry floor work and chair dance. Dress up sexy but comfortable, leggings or shorts are recommended, long leg warmers and heels can also add extra fun.

This Pole Practice time was opened due to a special request from several students who wanted extra practice time. A total of 11 spots have been opened so everyone will get their own pole for the hour. You will have a choice of playing on Aerial Silks or Aerial Hoop or Both! We will be working on basic skills to manipulate your body slightly into more intermediate poses. Work on putting together a short sequence with the moves and transitions.

Michael our resident photographer will be taking appointments for a Professional Studio Photo shoot at the Ottawa Pole Fitness Studio. This is your opportunity to capture your pole moves or put together a sexy photo gift for someone special. You can choose a sporty theme on the pole showing off your tricks or a sultry theme of boudoir glamor photos. Li will be available at the photo shoot as your coach should you need suggestions. You will have 30 minutes in front of the camera so come prepared. Price includes your choice of your 5 best shots professionally touched up in high and low resolution.

We offer 6 week classes from level 1 up to level 8 and continue up to professional levels. If you are level 3 or higher please contact us for an assessment and we will arrange a class based on your experience. Classes below fall on the same time each week for 1 hour. New classes start every 6 weeks. Check our prices, we offer student discounts, for additional savings consider becoming a Member.

We ensure Quality instruction at Ottawa Pole Fitness, that's why we limit our regular class size to make sure everyone has their own pole. Classes are available on a first come first served basis and space is filling up fast!

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration and receive a refund up to 1 week prior to the start of your class; there will be a $20 admin fee.
There will be no refund 1 week prior to the start of your class. There will be no refund once your class has started. We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule classes or workshops at anytime.
