Ottawa Pole Fitness is looking for 4 volunteers for the following position:
Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Ottawa Pole Fitness is looking to our own students who are currently taking classes at our studio and would be willing to donate their time in return for free pole classes. We are looking for people who have a few hours a week to share the duties as our admin assistant.Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual in both English and French
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written in English and French
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail a definite must
- Prior experience in retail or the fitness industries would be an asset
- Prior experience working with customers would be an asset
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a positive outgoing attitude
- Answering telephone and taking messages
- Answering questions from walk-in customers
- Sell products from our store
- Take payments for drop-in classes etc.
- Intercom
- Cleaning studios
- Printing reports
- Assisting instructors
- Administrative computer work
- Etc.
- One person per week needed
- Monday to Thursday 5:00 to 9:00
- Choose the night you want to work
