Pole Dancing Incorporates a perfect mix of sensual
movement, pole work, floor work, strength and flexibility training for
a phenomenal full-body workout. Pole fitness classes
benefit women by helping to tone their body, increase self-confidence,
lose weight, have better coordination, improve flexibility, self-expression,
overall empowerment and spice up their relationships.
At Ottawa Pole Fitness we offer
progressive 6-week level Pole Dance lessons
in Group and in Private classes. We limit our regular group class size
to 6 students and this ensures everyone has their own pole for a quality
workout. Our progressive levels 1-8 run for 6 weeks at the same time
every week. For those unable to commit to a weekly class, or want an
extra workout, try one of our drop-in classes, you can even come and
just practice on a pole; you choose the program that best suits you.
We offer online
registration for the class of your choice, check our schedule
for a time that works for you. More than just Ottawa Pole Dance, we
